Scrapheap challange. Yesterday’s leftovers into today’s dinner.

Leftovers night with a nice sauce. Fried some extra pork and deglaized it with wine, added the leftovers and some wine again, then the chopped up pork after it tested a bit, tomato sauce and some extra basil and garlic.

Quick cooking night with lots of ’thai’ veggies from a ‘magical’ bag and some extra baby carrots and fibber. Added some chicken meat and some always funky looking to finish the dish.
