Some light cooking on Sunday. Seems like radish works well with white cabbage. Keeping the rest of the mix easy to cook with bacon, chicken tights, and bell peppers. Changed the yogurt/sour cream mix a bit and added the green bell peppers in it.
It’s raining with spring garlic over the cheesy potatoes land. You can see here and there the pork trees growing happily.
So tonight is let’s make the fridge clean night. Found cabbage, carrots and some onions. Mixed it well with some bell peppers and chicken brest and my wife helped out making the dough. Some nice pickled veggies and we’re good.
night with bulgur and a nice stock with zucchini, cucumber, onions, bell peppers and sweet corn. Cooked a bit too much food, so I could say lunch tomorrow as well.
Lazy night with leftover rice and a nice skewer quickly done in the oven
meatballs night, a little bit to much semolina but I panicked since they were a bit too moist (mostly because of the filling). So I bring to you, meatballs with zucchini, semolina, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, onion and a mix of pork and beef meet. Added a touch of sour cream to the mix and of course 2 eggs to bind the mix.
