Perfect food to cook when tired.
Sote some bell peppers for the sauce, and make a quick marinate for the chicken wings (ketchup, vinegar, paprika, chilli powder, and a touch of sugar)
Put the potatoes in the oven first and (more time for the chicken to marinate). As always 30 minutes at 180, then turn the chicken and another 15 tops at 210 so it makes a nice crust.
