Meatballs night with a touch of lazy in the form of a oriental veggies mix.
On popular request here are the ingredients for the meatballs.
500g beef meat, 1 medium size onion 4 garlic cloves 100g bulgur 50g pumpkin seeds 100g cheese
For the onion, chop it finely and cook it with some oil, vinegar and sugar (less that you would do onion jam but wait for the alcohol from the vinegar to burn out). For the garlic just pass it through the garlic press.
For the bulgur get a wider pan, and boil it in water. The water should be like 1 thumb above the bulgur base. Don’t boil more than 5 minutes, if it feels it doesn’t absorb all the water just drain it.
For the pumpkin seeds mince them finely and cook them a bit until they’re brown.
Mix them all together really well and then when making the meatballs add a chunk of cheese in the middle.
Add in the preheat oven at 180, on ventilation, for 30 minutes.
