Even if it’s hot outside I still love to cook in the oven since it fits my lazy side.

Nothing beats potatoes with a nice bechamelish sauce (I replaced the milk with a yogurt and sour cream mix and a touch of warm water) and of course I cooked chopped onions in the butter.

The chicken is the standard 180degrees ventilation with just a touch of paprika.

All finished with spring garlic to make it pretty and taste good.
