If this is part of the "make ourselves profitable" by Digg I can only say one thing: Fail
I'm not going to click on those ads X_x.

Do not allow the submission of the same url if the duration between the two submissions is smaller than 4-6 months => power users can't submit the same story 2 hours after the original submission.
Now give me cookies.

Trying to login in digg with konqueror got me a strange little error.

As you may have seen the Top 10 in is replaced by Top in All Topics.
Imho this is a pretty bad idea considering that i can't choose what Top i want to see.
Digg if you feel the same :).
